If your account is terminated for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any valid remaining funds in your account will be returned after the investigation is complete. Accounts terminated due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for a refund.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 working days, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned.
